Refund policy

We will refund or replace (free of cost) upto the order amount - if there's a defect attributable to the error of Cookthatlook.com's product. All refunds will be on an approval-basis where Cookthatlook management will be the final decision maker.

Courier Lost & Damages

In events of extreme delay in delivery, CookThatLook.com will work with delivery partners to ensure parcels are re-routed on their delivery path. In case of loss or outer parcel damage, your claim to either reimbursement or the reshipment will be closed within 30 days of placing the claim.

Size Exchanges & Returns

Cookthatlook has a very friendly size exchange and return policy. You just need to contact us for the same. However, for reasons of abuse, there's an approval process involved - and returns can be processed only after an internal approval.
