We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items are as accurate as possible.
Taxation
Prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes GST (or similar taxes) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.
Cancellation & Returns
We have a return/cancellation policy. If there's an issue with the product, you can place a return/cancellation request citing the issue to our Customer Service. Returns are subject to company's approval. Cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. In case of size-related exchange, you'll have to ship the product to our address as we don't have pickup facility with our courier. If multiple quantity items are present in the order, the maximum quantity that can be exchanged for size is 1. There is no size-exchange guarantee for Hoodies, Raglans, Polo & Crop Tops and customized products.
Delivery
All Products can be sent to you, directly to the recipient address. Please ensure to mention the correct delivery address with phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked. There are no guarantees for courier shipments - we try and deliver to you as required however in various conditions beyond our control there could be delays.
Return & Refund Policy
Cookthatlook.com will refund you (upto max of the order amount) in case there's a product defect or a print defect attributable to an error from Cookthatlook.com's side. A request for return or refund should be placed within 7 days of product delivery to the end customer. Please get in touch with our customer service to understand how to place return or refund requests. In case of non-delivery of shipment, the client needs to place a claim within 60 days of shipment creation. Cookthatlook.com will raise a claim with the 3rd party courier who will reimburse in case of loss or damage within 90 days of shipment creation. If Cookthatlook.com is not able to secure the claim for the client, Cookthatlook.com will compensate the claim for the order amount (upto a maximum of Rs.5000) within 120 days of shipment creation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of this website, your breach of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property right.
Violation and Termination
You agree that the Company (VKAR Ecommerce Pvt Ltd) may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the website and block your future access if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or any other policies. If you or the Company terminates your use of any service, you shall still be liable to pay for any service that you have already ordered till the time of such termination.
Copyright Infringement & Safety & Security of Designs
At Cookthatlook.com, we treat Copyright Infringement and Trademark Misuse seriously. The designs shared by the client will be maintained on secure servers and will NOT be used for any other purpose except for printing on the given order details as shared by the client.
